DMV TestBuddy is the hub for drivers and the California DMV to collaborate on how to improve the driver license process. This AI-based mobility platform collects data during a trip to provide objective insights on driver behavior. DMV TestBuddy is a key part of the modernization journey at the California DMV. There is no cost associated with the use of this app and all information collected is strictly for the purposes of a DMV study. If you have a driver license permit or plan to take a drive test soon, we need your help with this important study.
