Ballozi STEALTH CARBON was first released on Tizen in the mid of March 2018 and became viral that year without promotion. This watch face made my brand Ballozi popular in Galaxy Store and it's now on Wear OS, made even better. INSTALLATION: 1. Please make sure you watch is connected to your phone via Bluetooth 2. Install and hit dropdown menu, choose Watch. *If you are having issue with synchronization between your phone and watch and dropdown menu is not showing, you can install it directly from the watch. Head over to preinstalled Play Store app in the watch, search Ballozi Stealth Carbon and hit install. 3. You can also install this watch face by accessing the Google Play Store in the web browser in a PC or Laptop with the same account you made the purchase from to avoid double charge. 4. Some users successfully install it by disconnecting the watch first from the Phone. Install the watch face in the Phone and then reconnect the watch to phone, watch face will be sync automatically. 5. Clear cache of Play Store app might also fix it. You will also try restarting the watch to clear out running apps in the background that might hinder the synchronization between phone and watch. Please be patient with us until Play Store fix this issue. Please be reminded that we don't have control over the installation issue. Our watch face apps are thoroughly tested in a real device (Galaxy Watch 4 Classic) and are reviewed and approved by the Google Play Store team before publishing them. Icon appears when measuring heart rate 3. Icon disappears when heart rate reflected CUSTOMIZATION: 1. Press and hold display then hit "Customize". 2. Swipe left and right to choose what to customize. 3. Swipe up and down to choose options available. 4. Hit "OK". CUSTOMIZABLE APP SHORTCUTS 1. Press & hold display then Customize 3. Find Complication, single tap to set preferred app in the shortcuts.
